Andros is very close to other Cycladic islands, such a Mykonos, Tinos, Paros Close to the home are many old traditional buildings and a picturesque fountain The village is very close to Ormos Korthiou Bay of Korthi at 9km a sea village where you find local market, bars and restaurants and outdoor cinema during summer time. La maison et les terrasses sont joliment décorées. The bungalows are very close to the Chora of Andros. La maison de Vassilis est très bien rénovée et bien située à quelques minutes de marche de Khorti Bay; nous avons été accueillis par sa famille aux petits soins avec nous pendant notre séjour d'une aidoni nous faisant profiter de tous les bons produits de leur jardin. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour découvrir Andros à pieds, en scooter ou en voiture. J' ai logé chez Vassilis pour q' un jour.
L' ile de Andros c'est un endroit agréable aidonix faire des vacances, la maison est unique, meuble et equipe a point que peut satisfer les plus exigents parmi les visiteurs.
Vasillis est hospitable, amicale et un vrai bon viveur. Je pense que je reviens pour plusiers des jours. Vasilis was an incredible host, picking us up from the bus and bringing us to the house. He also offered ogf drive us to the qe beach and took care of us returning to the port at the end of our stay. The property is located on a quaint farm and it was the perfect weekend for rest and relaxation.
Sweet little house just a few minutes outside Korthi- Vasilis parents were very warm and welcoming. Would happily stay again! Vassilis has renovated the old watermill with great accuracy and detail, while communication with him was always fast and effective. Dimitris, two extraordinarily hospitable, warm and smiling people, who not only assisted on anything relevant with our trip, but provided the warmest of hospitality and made us feel like we belong to their family!
What a genuinely marvelous family, a great space, ideal for families, kids tak babies. Konstantinos, Maria, and Iliana.
There are no much words to describe our stay in Andros at Vasili's place. The island is a paradise in the Aegean Sea, out of the touristic roads of most of the Cyclades islands. It's quite, full of traditions and authentic greek culture. With a few exceptions in the area of Gavrio the port area with some ws facilities and windsurf spotsthe island is dotted with beaches that are little corners of paradise, with crystalline water, very few taje and most of them uncontaminated.
It's in the middle of nature, between olive trees and vineyards, cows and birds, with a nice outdoor veranda where you can have dinner, read a book or simply relaxing. It is situated in Korthi, with a amazing z of the Bay ten minutes walkingone of the most beautiful landscape of the Island.
The little town on the bay is very typical with little aidonua and the traditional "tavernas". Dimitri, Irini and Katerina live a few miles from the place and gave us fresh eggs from their hen-housevegetables from they cultivationswine from their vineyards and honey from their bees!!! We found extraordinary people, full of kindness, good mood and hospitality. It's really aidoniq to explain such a kind of hospitality. If you're not a Mykonos or Santorini "type", visit Andros and stay at Vasili's place.
Avons passez deux jours à Ormos Korthiou, l'appartement est très bien situé et la vue sur la baie est magnifique. A quelques minutes à pied du centre et des restaurants en front de mer.
L'appartement est spacieux pour 2 personnes. Si pas de soleil pendant 3 jours, le solaire ne fonctionnant pas, pas d'eau chaude, situation exceptionnelle dans les cyclades mais celà arrive Panagiotis a toujours répondu à nos questions par sa réactivité malgré qu'il ne soit pas sur place. Ormos Korthiou est une petite ville tranquille taoe qui est peu fréquentée par les touristes, c'est très agréable. Merveilleuse maison avec une superbe vue!

Idéal pour un séjour au calme! Appartement complet avec une grande terrasse avec vue sublime sur la mer et le village. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité et le cadre nombreuses excursions à faire, plages, villages We enjoyed very much our stay, very quite, lovely view, terrace, traditional Greek home indeed, fast and easy all communication with the host.
Amazing view from the balcony: Apartment is really nice, old furniture, nice decoration. Bed is a little bit on the hard side, but the house itself is very comfortable. Don't forget to check out the beautiful "hidden" beach! Lovely place, beautiful view and a great value for the money. Of all the places we've stayed in the 'off-season', this one had the best heating including floor heating! The accommodation was perfect for us as a couple to explore Ormos Korthiou for a few days in November.
It is very close to the sea and to the town a five minute walkthere is off-street parking and basically everything you need. The weather was gorgeous, and although the water was cold we still went in once a day, if only for a few minutes.
The bed at Panagiotis's place is hard which we liked and comfortable, the balcony was roomy and great for reading and catching a bit of sun, and Panagiotis's father John was a kind host, helping us find the house in the evening when we arrived.
The kitchen is not ideally suited for people who cook complicated meals, but the restaurants in Ormos Korthiou are very good, even in the off season. Thanks again, we will be back! Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances dans ce logement qui offre une vue magnifique sur le village. Ce logement offre le confort simple mais propre et agréable à vivre. Les terrasses sont agréables et l'emplacement est situé à deux pas du village.
Si vous chercher un logement simple, fonctionnel, calme au bruit des cigales avec une vue panoramique de carte postale et bien prenez celui de Panagiotis. Pas suffisant pour une famille de 4 personnes.
On peut être assis sur les toilettes et prendre sa douche en même temps!

Donc descente au village pour envoyer un mail à panagiotis qui n'a rien pu faire. We had an excellent stay at Panagiotis' house!!! It is exactly as seen in the photos.
The view from both verandas one in the front and one at the back of the appartement as well as from the balcony was amazing!!! The house itself was well equipped, se had everything we needed during our stay.
Panagiotis as a host was always responsive to tae calls or messages. If ever visiting Andros island again, we'll definitely stay again here. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautiful, especially the view from the balcony. We would definetly recommend. This is a aivonia value place to stay. The size of the aidoniaa is generous, with an impressive living room that opens up onto a wonderful sea-view terrace. Location-wise, it's walking distance from the spectacular Grias Pidima beach, 5 minutes' walk into the local village, 20 minutes by car to the main town of Andros, around 60 minutes' drive to the port and 30 minutes to Apothikes beach on the south side for when the north wind blows too hard for the local beach and blow it does!
Also a good base for the number 3 and number 5 hiking trails plus others. As for the host, Panagiotis was extremely helpful.
We also loved the complementary pomegranate liqueur waiting in the fridge! Konstantinos parents were super friendly and great hosts. The house is very small but it has the loveliest little patio garden with BBQ and it was just perfect for the three of us. Sineti doesnt have a shop but a fun taverna just next to the house.
On one night there was traditional music and dancing! We didn't have a car but had a great time pendling between Sineti a really traditional tiny villageSineti's beach and Chora beautiful town. To Sineti beach it's about half an hour walk and to Chora by taxi of euro.
You can also walk to Chora which is a beautiful 1. We were so sad to leave and can't wait to come back! Great quiet place to stay!
CATALOG RIDDIM - DI GENIUS
Nice bath, kitchen beds and, specially aidlnia airconditioning! The hosting was lovely and welcoming! We want to come back. Firstly, the location is superb. You can genuinely feel the local charm of a small Greek village. You actually live in a cycladic country house and you will be amazed of how at 30 degrees outside you do not feel the heat inside.
Gake is so adionia. The house is very spacious, you have a big kitchen besides the bedroom and a very nice bathroom. The terrace is also spacious, very lovely, very Greek and you have access there at any time without being bothered. The village is so local it does not have a shop or bus or traffic except donkeys.
This was amazing for us. There is however a tavern that is owned by a very friendly Greek. It is an amazing retreat, you will have a lovely time there. The beach is beautiful, the water is great and the rocks will impress you.
Also the beach is not crowded.
The hosts are incredibly nice. Very helpful, very friendly. Loved Syneti and Konstantinos place.
I really appreciate the hospitality of our guests which where helpful, very gentle and flexible.
